You will gain basic and more advanced skills for working with Outlook 2013* and learn how to compose, send and manage e-mails. You will use the Address Book to manage your contacts. You will set up your electronic calendar, plan appointments and specify appointment series. In a later part of this course, you will discover more about managing tasks and organising meetings. In addition, you will learn how to manage messages and categorise, sort and search for elements.
